Shipping and Return Policy To be eligible for a return or replacement of your purchase, it must meet the following conditions:
If an incorrect product has been delivered to you, meaning that it does not match the item description on our website or the wrong product was sent.
If the product you've received has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or is damaged.
Please note that all our products are meticulously crafted by experienced artisans, one piece at a time, which makes each piece unique. As a result of this artisanal process, slight variations in color tone, shape, or size may occur between products. Such variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or replacement.
Preorders cannot be canceled, and orders with preorders will be shipped together as a single order.
Given the nature of our products, we retain the sole discretion to determine the appropriate resolution for each case. Each return or exchange request is treated as an individual case.
Important: We are unable to offer refunds in cases where an incorrect or incomplete shipping address has been provided, or if our shipping agency makes three unsuccessful delivery attempts, or if the recipient refuses the package. If any of these situations occur, we would be happy to reship the package, provided the customer covers the shipping fee of Rs. 150/-

Regrettably, we cannot consider any emails or images sent after 48 hours from the time of delivery.
If a genuine defect is found in the product, we would be delighted to either exchange your product for a replacement or initiate a credit note with your order amount within 7-10 working days after the product is collected from the provided address.
In certain circumstances, if we are unable to provide a replacement for your ordered product, we will inform you and proceed to issue a store credit for the paid amount within 7-10 business days.
If you discover that the package has been tampered with, please do not accept the item and return the package to the delivery person before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD).
